The Artistic Development Team is constantly searching for the country’s most exciting theatre artists and companies to build relationships with.
To find these artists we attend a wide range of performances, read scripts, run workshops, and meet people. Once we’re excited by an artist or company’s body of work we will cultivate a relationship with them through a range of development activities to generate the most thrilling ideas for production.
